Simple Fun Kids Games

New postby rickyho » Wed Mar 10, 2010 12:57 am

So next week for spring break I'm going on a mission trip to San Antonio and I'm a team leader to run some Kids Clubs. I'll be with a group of other college students and we'll pretty much just go play with kids. I used to work as a camp counselor at a recreation center, so I know some cool games.

What are some fun games you know of that kids can play. (Any number of kids, I don't know how many we wil have.)

If ya'll know anything that involves a guitar... that'd be sweet too :)

A very popular game with the kids at church is "Freeze Dance". Just play a CD and they dance like crazy. When you hit pause they freeze in whatever position they are in. Anyone who moves when frozen is out, but we don't really enforce that :) Hit play and they dance again.

Seems it would be a great game for a guitar as well. The kids all love it.
